Op-Eds - "Ask Joe" weekly real estate advice column

One of my most important responsibilities at the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) was drafting the weekly “Ask Joe” real estate advice column for the Toronto Star newspaper and then taking it through a series of approvals involving the legal team, complaints and compliance officers, and of course “Joe” himself. The column ran 52 weeks a year, and I never missed a submission deadline. 

Now discontinued, “Ask Joe” provided real estate buyers and sellers with consumer protection advice from the perspective of RECO Registrar Joseph Richer, who always provided useful, and sometimes personal content to every column. It was a pleasure to work for him.
