Speeches - 2018 Real Estate Regulators of Canada (RERC) Leadership Conference

In 2018, I assisted the Real Estate Council of Ontario's (RECO) then-CEO Michael Beard with his address to the Real Easte Regulators of Canada (RERC) Leadership Conference in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  

Delivered shortly after the 2018 Ontario provincial election, this speech covered a number of topics, such as future reforms of the Real Estate Business and Brokers Act (REBBA), RECO's relationship with the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), outreach to consumers, and changing market conditions.
